Terms of Use

This agreement is between you and Tactical Marketing Pro LLC, a Texas limited liability company, which operates RisponDr. Using this site means you accept it.

What RisponDr is

RisponDr is a service connection platform for non-medical urgent help. It connects people who need help with independent responders. Responders are not our employees; each one decides whether to take a job and does the work under their own trade and licence.

Not an emergency service

RisponDr is not an emergency service. If someone is hurt or in danger, call 911 first.

What we promise and what we do not

We pass your request to vetted responders near you and keep you updated while it is open. Whether a responder is available, and when they arrive, depends on people we do not control, so we do not promise an arrival time or that a job will be taken.

Price and payment

A responder agrees the price and approach with you before work begins.

Calls and messages

Calls and messages about a job run through the platform, so both sides stay protected. Please keep contact about a job on the platform.

Responders

If you answer jobs, you agree to keep your licence, insurance and vetting current, to tell us when anything changes, and to treat every requester and their property with care.

Using the site

Please do not use this site to break the law, send spam, make false requests, or try to get into systems you are not allowed into.

Limits

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

Texas law governs this agreement.
