The site counts its own visits with a first-party image request to rispondr.com; it stores nothing on your device, uses no cookie and is not shared with anyone.

When you sign in, a cookie named tp holds your session so you stay signed in; it is marked secure and same-site and expires after 30 days. This cookie is required for sign-in to work and is not used for anything else.

Saved on this device

When you request help, your phone number and the requests you have open are saved in your browser's local storage so you can track them from this device without signing in. Your choice to dismiss this notice is also saved there. Nothing in local storage leaves your device except when you use it to look up your own request.

Your control

You can clear this storage at any time from your browser settings; the site keeps working, you will just need to sign in or enter your phone number again. Because none of this storage is used for tracking, no consent banner is required by law; the notice is shown so you know exactly what is kept.
