Privacy Policy
RisponDr is a service of Tactical Marketing Pro LLC. It connects people who need non-medical urgent help with independent responders nearby. This policy covers rispondr.com and the requests, calls and texts that run through it. Questions go to admin@tacticalmarketingpro.com or the Call us button on any page.
What we collect
When you ask for help, we collect what you give us: how urgent it is, what is wrong in your own words or voice, the kind of help it sounds like, where you are, and your phone number. When you answer jobs as a responder, we collect your name, your trade, your service area, the licences and documents you send for vetting, and when you are on duty. Our web server keeps standard logs of each request, which include the address your device connected from, the browser it reported and the page it asked for.
Your location
We use your location only to find responders near you and to guide the responder who takes your job. Your browser asks before sharing it, and you can type an address instead.
Calls stay private
Calls between you and a responder run through the RisponDr platform number, so neither side sees the other's phone number. We keep a record that a call happened, linked to its job.
Why we use it
We use what you send to match you with a responder, keep you updated on your job, settle it, and handle any dispute. We use server logs to keep the site running and secure.
Texts
If you give a phone number with a request, we text you about that request only. Reply STOP to any text to stop them. Our SMS terms at /sms-terms explain the program. We never share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.
Signing in
Accounts sign in with a passkey on your own device: your face, fingerprint or screen lock. We never receive or store a password.
Who helps us
Twilio carries our calls and text messages. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send for as long as we need it to handle your request or your work as a responder, and as long as tax and legal duties require. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@tacticalmarketingpro.com. We answer within 30 days.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version replaces this page. Last updated November 7, 2026.
